Description

Compact device with a set of removable dynamic and ultrasonic contact impedance probes is designed to measure the hardness and temporary resistance (σ) of different metals: low-carbon steel, cast iron, stainless and high alloyed steels, non-ferrous metals.

The device combines two different physical methods in one uniform operation concept - Quasi-Static Ultrasonic Contact Impedance (UCI) and the Dynamic Rebound Hardness Testing methods.

Delivery set

Electronic module, one probe, charger, batteries AAA -2 pc., passport,  calibration guide, cable of communication with PC and diskette with program of data transferring and processing of measurement data «NDT1-DATA-determination», packaging . If necessary, gauge can be completed with additional probes, hardness measures, and graduation of gauge for non-standard materials and articles can be made.
