UCD-50 — Newest ultrasonic flaw detector for high quality testing and industrial applications

Purpose and Application

The UCD-50 ultrasonic flaw detector with colour TFT display (640x480) and high performance is the logical choice for a board range of applications. Powerful generator, user-friendly interface, lightweigt and ergonomic shock-resistant case manufactured from ABS plastic make it the new standard for modern digital UT instruments.
UCD-50 uses a broadband low-noise amplifier compatible with a wide range of transducers. The “analogue feel” from the high quality amplifier shows all the detail required to identify defect types such as holes or cracks, and sufficient resolution for identifying small signals. Typical applications are weld inspection, corrosion testing, small castings, forgings and delamination checking.
